Boat In Spanish Light

’Boat In Spanish Light’ was completed in 2013 in oils on canvas and now resides with a Canadian collector. In common with Ian’s later career work the images are blended into a semi abstract, almost geometric composition. The scene reflects Almeria in Spain which is situated in the southeast of the Mediterranean Sea.

150 signed and authenticated limited edition prints of the work were released for purchase, some of which are still available at £180 directly from Somerville Arts or selected art retailers.
