The club which has recently enjoyed its fiftieth anniversary was full to capacity to hear Ian speak on the importance of developing a professional and commercial approach to the members art.
Whilst we have to remember many people are obviously not worried about selling at maximum prices, being involved very much for personal experiences, Ian’s talk went down very well just the same.
He shared many of his personal experiences and views of the art world in general.
There is a lot of talent within the club and the second half devoted to Ian’s Rubistic Expressionism was well received.
Ian also gave a projected slide show of his main body of work through his career.
